Hi Anna,
I just wanted to say THANKS
SO MUCH for all of your hard work and help with our group. Everything
went really smoothly and I know it's because you had everything so
organized for us! I will definitely use you for every NYC group we
do...and hopefully there will be more than just this one every 2 years!
KN CTC, AurTravel
We all wanted to thank you, Tony and Marty for going above and beyond
for us! Not only were you all so kind and knowledgeable, but you
provided an opportunity that will be treasured by all 75 of us.
The tour was well done, and interesting for us West Coasters. We
appreciated Tony's professionalism and warm smile. I'd say the
majority of the group had never been to New York City, so for many it
was exciting to take their first subway ride and walk down Wall Street.
I can say without a doubt that the visit to Ground Zero and St. Paul's
was an awesome, yet somber experience for us all. Being so far away from
where those terrible events occurred that day in September, allowed us
the opportunity to pay our respects. At St. Paul's, I believe the kids
were able to share their hearts in their music. It was truly powerful
for us all Barry, and I thank you for your arranging such a gift. It
meant a great deal to us that Tony and Marty stopped in to listen as
well. It is a memory I know we will all cherish.
Although late in coming, please again accept our utmost gratitude!
Hi Barry, the Harbor Cruise you reserved for my group on
December 2, 2006, was outstanding. Everyone who participated had a
wonderful time. Doris O.

Frequently asked
questions:
What do you consider
a group?
A group at
NYCVP
is a party occupying 10 or more hotel rooms
What if we don’t
need 10 rooms?
No problem. We can
still take care of making all your arrangements in New York.
Just contact a
NYCVP Vacation Planner at
877 NYC-TRiP or customize your
own vacation on the web with our
NYC
TripQuote Vacation Planner.
Does my group need
to do everything together?
We have the
flexibility to arrange your group the way you want. If some of the
group is interested in a certain show and the rest are interested in
another we can do that. In other words if you want the group to be
treated as individual travelers we can customize those arrangements for
sightseeing, theater and dining.
My group is
interested in seeing a certain exhibit but it is not featured on your
web site. Can you help?
List any special
request that you may have for a museum exhibit, a show, sporting event,
sightseeing or dining and we will do our best to accommodate your
request.
Can you arrange all
our transportation?
Absolutely. If you’d
like to travel by air or train we can handle all your arrangements, even
if your group is coming from various locations throughout the US and Canada. While
you are in New York we can also make all transportation arrangements for
your group. We can provide motor coach or limousine transfers to
theater, sightseeing and dining venues.
